Scott serves as Vice-President, R&D and Operations. In addition to overseeing all aspects of product development, quality control and technical account support / training, Scott is also responsible for all production operations.
A graduate of Waterloo University with a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Honours Applied Chemistry, Scott has spent over 30 years in the JanSan, Industrial and Institutional markets. His career has covered, in advancing roles and responsibilities, quality control, product development, project management, plant support, purchasing, regulatory affairs management, technical account support, and sales force/customer training. Prior to returning to Canada in 2004, Scott spent 13 years with Ecolab in St. Paul, Minnesota where he functioned as the primary chemist in Ecolab’s Janitorial Division, developing and supporting products and projects within the company’s global JanSan Research and Development department.
At Ecolab, Scott also played senior roles in plant support, sales force/customer training and functioned as Janitorial Technical Service Manager, North America. Scott helped to open product specific production plants in the United States and South America. Prior to joining Ecolab, Scott worked with G.H. Wood & Company in Toronto for 7 years in the company’s Research and Development department.
With his extensive background in the JanSan and I&I markets, Scott is well positioned to greatly assist our client base by providing leading edge product development and technical sales support.
